Craig Dunn – Founder & Artist Manager, One Spark Entertainment

Craig Dunn is the founder of One Spark Entertainment, a boutique artist management company built on more than 20 years of hands-on experience across artist development, digital strategy, merchandising, touring, ticketing, and fan engagement. After a long career leading innovative campaigns for major artists and brands, Craig launched One Spark with a simple belief: one spark of creativity, partnership, or vision can ignite an entire career.

Today, he manages a dynamic roster that includes multi-platinum ACM and CMA Award-winning artist Sara Evans, singer-songwriter Alex Hall, folk-pop artist MORGXN, and rising country artist Ashley Anne. Craig’s approach blends long-term strategy with a collaborative, entrepreneurial spirit—helping artists build sustainable, multi-platform careers while staying true to who they are.

Before founding One Spark Entertainment, Craig served as Vice President at Collective Artist Management and as Senior Vice President at Music City Networks (MCN), where he worked with a broad range of top-tier artists including Lady A, Eric Church, Dierks Bentley, Little Big Town, Brad Paisley, Kelly Clarkson, Kenny Chesney, Toby Keith, and Rascal Flatts. At MCN, he led digital marketing initiatives, oversaw fan clubs and experiential events, and launched the company’s ticketing division.

Craig built One Spark in partnership with mtheory, whose Nashville team has long recognized his forward-thinking, collaborative style. Together, they share a commitment to crafting thoughtful, strategic plans for both established artists and rising talent.

As One Spark continues to grow, Craig is supported by artist manager Nicole Lewis, who brings additional depth and day-to-day focus to the roster. The broader mtheory team also plays a key role in delivering strategic, marketing, and operational support to One Spark’s artists.

Grounded in experience and driven by creativity, Craig continues to expand One Spark Entertainment with a clear mission: to champion artists, spark new opportunities, and help turn great stories into lasting careers.
