One Spark Entertainment is a boutique artist management company founded by veteran artist and brand manager Craig Dunn, working in partnership with mtheory. With more than 20 years of experience in the music industry, Dunn brings a deep, multi-disciplinary background in artist management, digital marketing, merchandising, ticketing, fan engagement, label operations, and revenue development.

The One Spark Entertainment roster includes multi-platinum ACM and CMA award-winning artist Sara Evans, Singer / Songwriter Alex Hall, and critically acclaimed folk pop artist Morgxn. Dunn’s approach is rooted in long-term strategy, creative collaboration, and an entrepreneurial spirit that helps artists build sustainable, multi-platform careers.

“The idea behind the name One Spark Entertainment came to me in the middle of the night as I was lying awake, energized by the thought of starting this new chapter,” says Dunn. “The phrase ‘it only takes one spark to start a fire’ kept repeating in my head. It really captured the heart of what I wanted this company to be—one spark of imagination, one moment of inspiration, can ignite something powerful. My goal is to bring my years of experience across artist management, touring, TV, digital, merchandise, and literary to help artists grow and innovate in meaningful ways. Partnering with a team of passionate, creative, and strategic minds—like those at mtheory—is central to that vision.”

Before founding One Spark, Dunn served as Vice President at Collective Artist Management beginning in 2012, and previously as Senior Vice President at digital marketing and merchandise leader Music City Networks (MCN). At MCN, Dunn worked with a broad range of top-tier artists including Lady A, Eric Church, Dierks Bentley, Little Big Town, Brad Paisley, Kelly Clarkson, Kenny Chesney, Toby Keith, and Rascal Flatts. There, he led digital campaigns, managed fan clubs and experiential events, and launched the company’s ticketing division to meet the growing demand for presale and VIP offerings.

As One Spark Entertainment continues to grow, the team has expanded with the addition of Nicole Lewis as Manager, reinforcing its commitment to delivering personalized, high-level support to each client.
